You may be wondering what’s all this fuss about Baking you Happy! So much so that we speak it, breathe it, end our emails and WhatsApp conversations with it. Well, BAKING YOU HAPPY is our mantra, our vision, our company’s promise to you and ourselves. A message that leads the way for all our action, speech and thought.

When we were first thinking what our USP could be, we wanted to find a strapline that resonated with how we feel when we are baking your cake and how we feel when we see that reaction when you open the box for the first time. We quickly realised that what gets us out of bed every morning and working long hours in the kitchen is making you, the customer happy.

For us, it’s not just about the end product being flawless, for us it’s about the connection we make with our customers from the moment they contact us or visit one of our shops, to the moment they collect their cake or cupcakes. For us Baking you Happy is a collaboration from us all at Cake Owls; everyone here plays a part.

Sharing is caring: Our baker’s care! All our bakers love what they do, and we believe that this is reflected in the bake. By this we mean that aside from using quality ingredients, our bakers put their heart and soul into each and every cake and cupcake they create. We firmly believe, here at Cake Owls that this love and happiness of baking comes across in the final products. We have a special team of decorators who are artists and masters of their craft, who strive for perfection helping to create that special memory.

We can come to you: We have a fantastic team of delivery drivers, who will happily bring your cake to you, if you can’t come to us. We know from them that the best part of their job is seeing the smile on the customer’s face when they open the box. We have all the details on our website regarding delivery and charges (many local areas have free delivery!)

We don’t cut corners – so you can cut the cake: you can be assured that from the moment you place your order with us we will put our heart and soul into your cake. We will happily talk to you about the ingredients, and we’ll even go beyond that and share dietary information with you, to put your mind at rest (if you need it). You can be assured that all the ingredients we source are fresh and of the highest quality and your cake will be prepared especially for you and for the time you need it. There is a reason why our cakes taste as delicious as they do; we only use the finest ingredients in all our cakes and cupcakes. Godiva chocolate used by the top chocolatiers in the world but at affordable prices. Our promise to you is that we won’t skimp on the ingredients and won’t charge you a small fortune. Price matters (especially right now) and we can assure you that your eyes won’t water at the price, but your mouth will!

We want your cake to be the talk of the town and with our top team taking care of all your design wants and needs, nothing is too much trouble for our bakers here at Cake Owls. Whether you’re after a Disney themed cake for your little Princess, or a football cake for your footie fan we can deliver. We’ll talk through the options and designs with you and then you can leave the hard bit (we mean the fun bit) to us.
